Settlement of Raziyah Sultan Khanum and Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Shiraz, 1924
On October 6 and November 5, 1924, Bibi Raziyah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi and the wife of Shaykh Zia’ al-Din ‘Imad al-Shari‘ah, settled a property near the Baghshah in Shiraz with Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Shiraz, the son of Muhammad Karim the merchant from Shiraz known as Rukni, for one hundred and sixty tumans. For the first contract ‘Imad al-Shari‘ah was also present and testified.

Petition by Bibi Khanum Mah, wife of ‘Ali Kulah-furush [the hat seller], to the Friday prayer leader, requesting to call her husband in order to resolve their dispute. He has not paid her any alimony since they married two years ago. On the margin, the Friday prayer leader asks ‘Ali Kulah-furush to pay him a visit.

Power of attorney given by Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn Sahib Tajir-i Turk [Turkish merchant], son of Muhammad Hasan, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin in order to get the inheritance of the late Bibi Khavar Sultan, daughter of Sayyid Ashraf al-Din and wife of Haji [illegible]; one-ninth of her inheritance was transferred to the late Bibi Fatimah Baygum (Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn's wife) but Haji Sayyid Muhammad Mawla has seized it now.

Giving power of attorney for divorce, 1915
Mirza Muhammad Riza, son of the late Mirza Muhammad Husayn Khan, has stated his return to his wife, Salar Khanum, daughter of the late Haj Aqa Pust-furush [the fur seller] from Shiraz in the presence of Haji Mirza Muhammad Hasan al-Tabatabayi al-Najafi. He then gives power of attorney to Shaykh Haydar ‘Ali in order to triple-divorce Salar Khanum.

Power of attorney given by Mirza Muhammad Riza, son of Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn Khan, to Shaykh Haydar‘ali in order to divorce him from his wife, Salar Khanum, daughter of the late Haji Aqa Buzurg Pust-furush [fur dealer] from Shiraz. On the margin, Mirza Muhammad Riza returns to Salar Khanum three days after their divorce, gives the power of attorney to divorce her again to Shaykh Haydar‘ali, and then gives the power of attorney to divorce him from Salar Khanum to Shaykh Haydar‘ali for a second time.
